This comes after Griffin faced backlash for tweeting a picture of herself holding a bloodied, severed head that resembled Trump back in 2017.
Griffin’s PTSD announcement is just another example of the left’s hypocrisy. They claim to be the party of tolerance, but when it comes to Trump and his supporters, they have shown nothing but intolerance and hate.
Griffin’s actions were not just distasteful but also dangerous. Her picture could have incited violence against the former president.
Despite her controversial actions, the left still embraced her. CNN, where she was a co-host for New Year’s Eve, fired her only after facing public backlash. In contrast, conservative voices are often silenced and ostracized for expressing their views.
The fact that Griffin is now using her actions to gain sympathy points shows how desperate the left is to paint themselves as victims. But let’s not forget that it was Griffin who initiated the hateful and violent rhetoric against Trump. This is yet another example of how the left tries to play the victim and justify their own reprehensible behavior.
It’s time for Republicans to speak out against this kind of behavior and demand accountability from those on the left. The left cannot continue to use its platform to spread hate and incite violence while simultaneously playing the victim. It’s time to hold them accountable for their actions.
