In a startling development, subpoenaed financial records obtained by the House Oversight Committee to show that members of the Biden family received over $1 million in payments in 2017 from accounts associated with Hunter Biden’s business associate Rob Walker and their Chinese ventures.

Rob Walker collaborated with Hunter Biden, President Biden’s brother Jim, James Gilliar, and Tony Bobulinski in a joint venture named Sinohawk Holdings, intending to form a partnership with the Chinese energy company CEFC.
Financial records reveal that at least three family members, including Hallie Biden, the widow of President Biden’s son Beau, received substantial payments from a bank account owned by Walker, named “Robinson Walker, LLC.”
On March 1, 2017, State Energy HK Limited, a separate Chinese company, wired $3 million to the Robinson Walker, LLC account.
The following day, $1,065,000 was transferred from the same account to the European Energy and Infrastructure Group in Abu Dhabi, a company associated with James Gilliar, one of Hunter Biden’s business partners.
Over approximately three months, Biden family members and their companies started receiving payments following the $3 million deposit from State Energy HK Limited.
The recipients included Hallie Biden, companies linked to Hunter Biden and James Biden, and an unknown bank account identified as “Biden.”
The House Oversight Committee, chaired by James Comer, R-Ky., has voiced concerns about the national security implications of President Biden’s family receiving large sums from foreign nationals.
The committee intends to investigate whether these business ventures compromise President Biden’s position and pose a national security threat.
The White House has criticized the committee’s investigation but did not deny the financial records.
